Welcome to Dubai’s Only True Resort, located within 128 acres of beautifully landscaped
gardens, streams and a private beach that stretches for 800 metres along the golden shores of
the Arabian Gulf. The Resort comprises of the deluxe Palm Tree Court & Spa and the Jebel Ali
Hotel.
PALM TREE COURT & SPA
The 134 all suite Palm Tree Court & Spa comprises of six, three-level sea facing buildings, just
moments away from the beach and offers guests tropical beach-resort views. The floor-to-ceiling
glass doors open on to a spacious balcony or patio, which allows for ample al-fresco seating for
in-room dining or relaxing and enjoying a quiet sunset overlooking the Arabian Gulf.
Junior Suite: (Area- 54 square meters)
* A large, bright room with spectacular views of the garden and a partial view of the Arabian Gulf.
A spacious balcony with sun chairs, table and sun umbrella. The bathroom is fitted out with a
separate bath tub and walk-in shower. Junior suites located on the ground floor have a patio
instead of a balcony, surrounded by the lush foliage of the gardens.
Junior Suite Sea Front: . (Area- 54 square meters)
* Offers guests a direct view of the magnificent Arabian Gulf, steps away from the beach. A
spacious balcony with sun chairs, table and sun umbrella. The bathroom is fitted out with a
separate bath tub and walk-in shower. Junior suites located on the ground floor have a patio
instead of a balcony that offers direct access to the beach.
Palm Tree Court Suite: (Area- 109 square meters)
* Offers guests an extremely spacious suite with a connecting bedroom and living room just steps
away from the beach, with a direct or partial view of the magnificent Arabian Gulf. The balcony
has sun chairs, table and sun umbrella. The spacious bathroom is fitted out with a separate bath
tub and standing shower. The room also has a dining area for 4 people and sofa beds.
The Royal Jasmine Extravagance
Destined for elite guests, Royal Jasmine offers the highest level of personalized service. Royal
Jasmine guests enjoy exclusive luxury amenities and privileges that include: Express check-in
and check-out, butler service, complimentary fax and internet services, complimentary bottle of
house wine, complimentary DVD rental, a private venue for breakfast and afternoon tea in the
Royal Jasmine Lounge. The Royal Jasmine is the first accommodation venue on the beach,
ensuring that guests have easy accessibility to the swimming pools, beach and reception.
Royal Jasmine Junior Suite: (Area- 54 square meters)

JEBEL ALI HOTEL
All 260 rooms of the Jebel Ali Hotel have been tastefully furnished and decorated throughout in
bright, warm color schemes, and offer guests all the amenities expected of a five-star property.
Garden View Rooms: (Area- 30 square meters approximately)
* Offers guests spectacular scenic views of the immaculately maintained golf course with
beautiful furnishings in vibrant color schemes. Please be advised, furniture adjustments (sofa
removal) are required allowing space for the inclusion of the third person’s (child) bed.
Classic Garden View Rooms: night (Area- 30 square meters

beautiful furnishings in vibrant color schemes. On single occupancy basis, no balcony
Sea View Rooms: (Area- 30 square meters approximately)
* Wake up to views of the Arabian Gulf that stretch for 92,000 square miles, in this beautifully
furnished room in eye pleasing color schemes. Please be advised, furniture adjustments (sofa
removal) are required allowing space for the inclusion of the third person’s (child) bed.
Leisure Sea View rooms Complimentary Facilities
* Complimentary DVD rental and a bottle of sparkling wine and fruit basket are placed in the room
on arrival. Complimentary Pre-drinks in the Plantation bar from 18:00 Hrs to 19:00 hrs everyday.

Leisure Sea View Room: (Area- 30square meter approximately)
* The Leisure Sea View Room is located on the first floor with an additionally features a terrace
with two private sun beds overlooking the landscaped gardens, beach and Arabian Gulf. The
rooms are tastefully decorated in a bright color scheme.
Peacock Lounge Complimentary Facilities (available only for rooms mentioned below)
* High speed internet access, continental breakfast, DVD player and free DVD rental, soft drinks
and snacks, sun downer drinks, afternoon tea, and additional sports activities.
Superior Golf View Rooms: . (Area- 57 square meters)
* These rooms offer ample space with luxuriously carved furniture featuring a walk in wardrobe,
spacious bathrooms with separate shower, large bathtub, ceiling high mirrors and magnificent
views of the golf course. It also includes the exclusive Peacock Lounge facilities mentioned
above.
Executive Suites: (Area- 55 square meters)
* Offers guests a connecting living room and bedroom with two televisions. Some rooms are
located on the ground floor giving direct access to the beach while others are available with an
amazing view of the Arabian Gulf from the highest floor. The exclusive Peacock Lounge facilities
mentioned above are also included.
Superior Executive Suites: (Area- 112 square meters)
* The grandeur of the marble foyer welcomes guests into a large bedroom with light wood
furniture, a walk-in wardrobe and two televisions. The large bathroom includes a separate
shower, Jacuzzi bath tub, ceiling high wall mirrors and wide wash basin counter space. The
neutral colors used throughout impart a sense of understated luxury, featuring a separate
spacious living room comprised of tastefully designed living and dinning area. This also includes
the exclusive Peacock Lounge facilities as previously stated.

Buffet Breakfast includes an additional charge of 50.00 per person per day. Child Policy
Two children under the age of twelve years may share their parents’ double room in the Palm
Tree Court & Spa.
Please be advised that one child under the age of twelve years may share their parents’ double
room in the Jebel Ali Hotel.
Two children under the age of twelve years may share their parents’ double room in the Jebel Ali
Hotel if the room category is any of the following: Superior Golf View Room, Executive Suite and
Superior Executive Suite.
Cancellation Policy
Reservations must be cancelled 3 days (72 hours) prior to the arrival date to avoid a penalty of a
one night stay. 100% charges will be applicable in case of no shows or early departures.

Dining, be it casual – a quick bite between lazy sun tanning sessions – or a five course candlelit
sit down dinner, is an exciting and satisfying experience at the Resort. Expectations for all tastes
and moods are catered for with alluring cuisine and live entertainment choices, from
Mediterranean to Asian-Fusion, from ethnic to rich international specialities. A wide range of
culinary treats are available at the Resorts numerous restaurants.
Entertainment
Two indoor bars, two poolside bars and two beachside bars are available at the Resort, while
mobile grasshopper mini bars are ready to serve refreshments right to our guests’ side, on the
beach. Excellent service is a first priority to providing our guests a memorable and enjoyable stay.
The Spa
The Spa features 10 treatment rooms, spacious changing facilities, a ladies majlis relaxation
room, relaxation lounge, spa boutique and an extensive wet area with a Hammam scrub room,
Jacuzzi, steam room, sauna and invigorating showers. The Spa uses the premium spa product
range of Elemis and offers more than 40 exotic treatments including Facials, Massages,
Luxurious Aroma Spa Wraps, Hammam Rituals and Aroma Stone Relaxing Rituals.
The Resort Course
The Resort Golf Course is a 9-hole par 36 championship standard course. Each hole is uniquely
landscaped with exotic trees, shrubs, wooden gazebos and panoramic views of the Arabian Gulf.
The course is both scenically stunning and a fair and exciting challenge to any level of player.
Advance tee-time reservations are recommended, at the time of booking, please supply details of
handicap, whether playing 9 or 18 holes, and preferred time.
Developments around the Resort
The Jebel Ali Golf Resort & Spa is situated close to some of Dubai’s most extraordinary projects.
Development of Dubai Waterfront and The Palm Jebel Ali continues to the north west of the
resort with land profiling works the predominant activity. Palm Island’s crescent and the vessels
associated with creating this landmass are visible from the resort at a distance and as one of the
largest manmade projects ever undertaken, guests should be aware that some audio
disturbances may be encountered at times.
