BREAKFAST:  Breakfast is not included ( apart from fnal brunch), however we have just managed to get breakfast price confirmed at 50 AED per morning and children under 6 are free!!! PACKAGE SWITCHING: In reponse to several Joe Tablers, you may now upgrade or downgrade your exisiting package if you wish. This is only available until Sept 20th. To upgrade you simply need to request it and then pay the difference on arrival at the registration desk in the hotel. To Downgrade you need to request it and a refund will be sent to your credit card minus a processing administration fee.

Gala Dinner reservations now exceed seating capacity!!! You must pay your registration fee as soon as possible to avoid being placed on the waiting list and being given an alternatibe dinner in a hotel restuarant. VISAS!! Do you need a visa to enter the UAE? If so then the hotel can arrange this for you. Please contact the hotel directly with your conference booking number/ hotel booking number and provide the necessary information SEE INFORMATION PAGE ON VISAS.

PLEASE NOTE HOTEL PRICE INFO: The hotel prices are only held until July 31^st 2010 and thereafter they will be at rack rate or promotional rate i.e. cheapest room now at 500AED per night. From 1 August – cheapest room best price will be about 850AED!!!

TOURS and SOUVENIRS: Tours will be avialble to book online very soon and paid for when you arrive. They can also be booked 24 hrs in advance at the hotel. Souvenirs will also be online soon and must be selected and paid for online in adavce of the meeting.
