Hotel and Registration Cancellation Policies

Hotel Cancellation Policy 

8 weeks - If a group or part of a group cancels less than 8 weeks but up to 5 weeksprior to arrival, a cancellation charge equivalent to one night charge for the cancelledrooms will be incurred.

4 weeks - If a group or part of a group cancels less than 4 weeks but up to 2 weeksprior to arrival, a cancellation charge equivalent to 50% of the charge for the wholeperiod for the cancelled rooms will be incurred.

2 weeks and no Show – If a group or part of a group cancels less than two weeksprior to arrival occurs or there is a no Show, the hotel will charge the Client 100% ofthe total cost of the cancelled rooms for the whole period. In case of a cancellation of the group the 10% deposit is non refundable. 

 RTI2010 Event Registration Cancellation Policy 

The registration fee has to be used to make advance payments to the hotel and to the various companied involved in the event.  Therefore any cancellation will automatically incur a 10% cancellation fee. 

In addition to this automatic cancellation fee the following charges will apply: 

8 weeks - If a group or part of a group cancels less than 8 weeks but up to 5 weeksprior to the RTI2010WM Conference, a cancellation charge equivalent to 25% of the total registration fee will be incurred. 

4 weeks - If a group or part of a group cancels less than 4 weeks but up to 2 weeksprior to the RTI2010WM Conference, a cancellation charge equivalent to 50% of the total registration fee will be incurred. 

2 weeks and no Show – If a group or part of a group cancels less than two weeks prior to the RTI2010WM Conference or there is a no Show, a cancellation charge equivalent to 100% of the total cost of the RTI2010WM Conference registration fee will be incurred.

NOTE: Registration refunds will be released as soon as the hotel has confirmed that it is not expecting any payment from you.
